What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and the message you write. From enrolment: billing name, invoice details, and the sample reports you choose to send. From the site: technical logs (IP address, browser, pages read) when needed to keep the site running, and optional analytics cookies if you accept them. We do not ask for passwords to your analytics tools.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply and to judge whether a seat fits. We use enrolment data to deliver the program, invoice you, and keep alumni circle access accurate. We use logs to diagnose outages. We use analytics cookies only with consent, to see which journal essays are actually read. Legal bases under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act include contractual necessity, legitimate interests in running a small teaching desk, and consent where we ask for it.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted or anonymised after 18 months. Enrolment records and invoices are kept for 7 years to meet Thai tax and accounting practice. Critique packs you send are kept for the duration of the seat plus 90 days, then deleted unless you ask us to retain a marked copy. Analytics cookie data, if accepted, is retained according to the table on the cookie notice.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the banner, or by emailing us. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand. We will respond to rights requests within 30 days where the Act requires it, or sooner when we can.
International transfers
Our desk is in Thailand. Email and site hosting may involve processors outside Thailand (for example, infrastructure in Singapore or the EU). When we transfer personal data abroad, we use contractual clauses and processor terms that require comparable protection, and we avoid sending critique packs to tools that do not need them. We do not sell personal data.
Children
Programs are aimed at working analysts and product desks. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
