Refund and cancellation terms
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to seats that were invoiced and paid. Informational prices on the site are not invoices. Snapshot Desk, Insight Chamber (Audience Insight Studio), Cartography Seat, and quoted workshops each follow the rules below. Consumer protections under Thai law still apply where they cannot be waived.
Timeframe
You may cancel for a full refund up to 14 days after the invoice is paid, provided the first live session has not started and template packs have not been issued. After templates are issued, or after the first live session, full refunds stop and the partial schedule applies.
Full and partial refunds
Full refund: cancellation within the 14-day window above, or if we cancel the seat (tutor illness, under-enrolment). Partial refund after the first session: 50% of the fee if you withdraw before week three of a six-week studio, or before the second day of a two-day workshop. After that midpoint, no partial refund is due, except where Thai mandatory rules require otherwise. Cartography Seat residencies follow the same 14-day full window; after the first in-person Bangna day, remaining fees are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer fees charged by your bank, third-party travel to Bangna, and privately printed copies of materials you chose to produce are not refunded. Alumni circle access has no separate fee and is not refunded independently.
Refund process
Email info@proxy-flowcore.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, and whether you want cancellation only or a refund. We confirm receipt within two working days and tell you which band (full, partial, or not eligible) applies.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid (typically Thai bank transfer) within 15 working days after we confirm the amount. We do not refund in cash at the Bangna desk. Currency conversion differences, if you paid from abroad, are yours.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a program before it starts, you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later seat, at your choice. If a single session is rescheduled, that is not a cancellation and no refund is triggered.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund where materials were shared outside your product room in breach of the terms of use, or where the enquiry misrepresented that an event stream existed and the studio could not proceed for that reason after templates were issued. Illness during a seat can be handled as a deferral to the next cohort instead of a refund, if you write to us before the midpoint.
