Terms of use

Last updated 1 March 2026. These terms govern use of proxy-flowcore.digital and enrolment in Proxy Flowcore programs. They are written for a reporting studio, not a software licence shop.

Acceptance

By browsing this site or requesting a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are enquiring on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse a seat when the sample report shows the studio would not help — for example, when no event stream exists.

What we sell, and what we do not

Proxy Flowcore offers educational programs and critique. Desk fees on this site are informational. A binding enrolment exists only after written confirmation by email from info@proxy-flowcore.digital. We do not process payments on this website. We do not implement analytics SDKs, run your product, or guarantee a lift in any metric.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Insight Desk journal, template packs, and critique frameworks remain Proxy Flowcore’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use templates inside your own product room. You may not resell, publish, or run a competing workshop from our materials. Packs you send us for critique remain yours; we keep only what we need to deliver the seat, as described in the privacy notice.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that sample reports and event schemas you share are anonymised enough for critique, or that you have the right to share them. You will not upload replay files that contain unmasked personal data. You will not use the alumni circle to pitch vendors.

Liability

Programs are teaching, not professional analytics outsourcing. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Proxy Flowcore is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or product decisions you take after a critique. Our aggregate liability for a paid seat is limited to the fees you paid for that seat. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Site use

Do not scrape the journal for republication, attempt to disrupt the site, or present automated enquiries as human ones. We may suspend access if you do. Content is provided “as is.” Journal essays are opinion from the desk, not legal or regulatory advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules in your place of residence say otherwise. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
