App analytics, written in plain language

Audience insight that survives a Friday product review.

Proxy Flowcore trains product and growth desks to read event streams, name the audiences that actually move, and write reports a non-analyst can defend without a second translator.

From the journal

Start with the essay, not the catalogue.

Most desks do not need another tool tour. They need a cleaner way to talk about who stayed, who left, and why the chart is lying. Read a recent desk note, then sit the studio if the work still feels relevant.

Letter from the desk

We teach reporting, not another dashboard skin.

Teams arrive with six tools and one unanswered question: who is this audience, this week, and what should the product room do about them? The Bangkok desk works that question until the answer fits on a single page. Charts stay. The theatre around them does not.

You will still need an event stream. We do not install Mixpanel for you, and we will not pretend a beautiful slide fixes a broken taxonomy. What we do is slower and more useful: name the cohort, write the limitation, and send a memo a chief product officer can finish on the BTS.

Flagship program

Audience Insight Studio

Six modules on cartography, retention narrative, weekly insight packs, and the privacy boundaries that actually apply to app work in Thailand. Informational seat fee: THB 24,800. No checkout on this site.

The studio assumes you already ship events. If you are still arguing about the schema, start with Dashboard Critique Hours instead.

Heard after the studio

Notes from desks that sat the work.

“The first week assumed I could sketch a cohort table from memory. I could not. Once we slowed down to the template pack, the Friday memo finally looked like something my CPO would finish.”

Arun, growth lead · Chiang Mai grocery app

“We stopped leading with DAU. That alone changed the tone of the ops standup.”

Rated 8.4 / 10 after the Insight Chamber seat — mainly for the critique lab, less for the homework load.
