Audience Insight Studio

Six weeks of critique, cartography, and memo writing for product desks that already have an event stream and still cannot explain who the audience is on a Friday.

Who it is for

Analysts, product ops, and growth leads on Thai consumer apps who already ship events through Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or a warehouse. If you are still arguing about whether “purchase” means paid or initiated, start with Dashboard Critique Hours. The studio will not install your SDK.

What you leave with

A rewritten weekly insight pack, a named segment map for one live surface, a limitation paragraph your counsel can live with, and a short list of event names you still need to fix at work. We do not fix those names for you.

Modules

  1. Signal inventory

What your app already records, what is decorative, and which properties silently break every audience cut. You bring a live schema; we mark it in red.

  2. Audience cartography

Segments that survive a product change: payment rail, return window, province, UI language. Personas that fail the support-agent test get retired.

  3. Retention as a narrative

Curves without the theatre. You write the sentence under D7 before you show the line. Calendar context — Songkran, payday, a KYC prompt — sits next to the number.

  4. Weekly insight packs

The one-page memo: headline, one chart, product context, limitation, next cut. Peer desks critique the pack as if they were your CPO on the BTS.

  5. Privacy boundaries in Thai and regional markets

What you may keep, what you should drop, and how a thinner event stream still produces an honest audience report. Not a PDPA lecture; a reporting one.

  6. Reporting critique lab

Two live sessions on anonymised packs from the room. Tutors interrupt. If you cannot name the audience aloud, the slide is not ready.

FAQ

Do you implement Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase?

No. That is a real limit of the studio. You should already have an event stream. We teach how to read it and how to write about it. If the SDK is missing, this seat will waste your six weeks.

How much SQL do I need?

Enough to pull a simple cohort or to paste a warehouse query your engineer already trusts. Module two moves faster than some analysts like. We will not spend a week on JOIN syntax. If that is your gap, say so in the enquiry and we may point you to Snapshot Desk first.

Is the work remote?

Critique lab is remote-friendly. Cartography Seat residencies include two in-person days in Bangna. Insight Chamber does not require travel to Bangkok.

Can a whole product room sit together?

Two people from the same desk can share office hours. A full room is quoted as a closed critique, not as six Insight Chamber seats stacked on one invoice.

From people who sat this studio

“The first week assumed I could sketch a cohort table from memory. I could not. Once we slowed down to the template pack, the Friday memo finally looked like something my CPO would finish.”

Critique lab was the reason to stay. Homework volume was heavier than the listing implied.
